Cloverkey Announces Grand Openings of Two New Gift Shops
New Gift Shops Opened in CHI St. Joseph Health and CHI Memorial
Carrollton, TX – Cloverkey, an industry leader in hospital gift shop management, announces the opening of two new gift shops with CommonSpirit Health hospitals: St. Joseph Health in Bryan, Texas and CHI Memorial in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
“We’re so proud of these new stores,” Kim Schuler, Cloverkey Chief Revenue Officer, said. “The finished shops are beautiful and a welcome addition for our new partners at St. Joseph and Memorial.”
The new locations were warmly received on both campuses, which had been without gift shops for several months. “Our shops are custom-crafted for each campus where we open,” Erin Britton, Director of Visual Merchandising, said of the new stores. “We begin with a campus survey of hospital employees to find out what they’re looking for so we can be sure to include important items. And the layouts are personalized for each location.” The gift shops also feature graphic elements drawn from the immediate community to round out the signature Cloverkey gift shop presentation.
“Every step of the process – from the first request for information about our services to the ribbon-cutting and gift shop blessing – was a pleasure,” Gwynne Gillette, Cloverkey Chief Marketing Officer, said. “The campus culture at both facilities is a joy and it’s an honor to have been embraced by our new partners. We are looking forward to serving these campus communities for years to come.”
The new gift shops feature robust hospital logo merchandise sections along with gift shop favorites like fresh flower arrangements from local florists, fashion items, personal care, toys, inspirational gifts, greeting cards, balloons, snacks, drinks, and many other items you’d expect from a well-run gift shop – all signatures of Cloverkey’s business model.
And, the gift shops are open 7 days a week and include weekend and evening hours so late shift employees and after-work visitors still have a chance to shop. There is also an accompanying online store for each of the shops that allows virtual visitors to shop any time day or night for almost any item available for sale in the store with free delivery on campus and no additional mark-ups on any of the prices.
“As our fleet has grown, we continue to hear from our hospital partners how important the gift shop is to the entire campus community,” Ms. Gillette said. “And it has always been our commitment to support the hospital community first and foremost. That will always be Cloverkey’s brand standard,” she emphasized.
