Cloverkey Rewards Program

Cloverkey Rewards is a free loyalty program offered by Cloverkey to its customers located in the United States. Membership in the program is limited to individuals only. Any U.S. resident aged eighteen (18) years old or older can join. Limit one rewards account per individual.

As a Cloverykey Rewards member, you automatically earn points by using your rewards account when you make a purchase at a Cloverkey gift shop. Simply scan your rewards key tag during checkout or ask the cashier to look up your rewards account! Points can be redeemed for merchandise at any Cloverkey location.

Any U.S. resident aged eighteen (18) years old or older can join — it's free and easy! To become a member, all you need to provide is your first name, last name, and mobile number. Sign up in store with a Cloverkey cashier.

When making a purchase at any Cloverkey gift shop, scan your key tag or ask the cashier to look up your rewards account. You'll earn one point per dollar (excluding sales tax) with every in-store purchase.*

*Reward points will not be earned on purchases of the following items:

• Newspapers
• Magazines
• Stamps
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items

For every 250 reward points, you'll automatically receive $5 in rewards. A minimum purchase of $5 is required to redeem your reward. Upon request, a Cloverkey cashier will apply your rewards during checkout.

Reward points are redeemable for merchandise only.  Reward points cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

Register or log in to your Cloverkey rewards account. Once logged in, you can update your personal information and check your reward points balance.

When you're in a Cloverkey gift shop, you can also ask a cashier to check your points balance. Additionally, your points balance will be printed on your in-store receipt.

There are several reasons why you might not have earned points on a purchase. Here are a few of the most common:

• The items you purchased were not eligible to earn points. Ineligible items include newspapers, magazines, stamps, gift cards, and sale or clearance merchandise.
• You forgot to scan your key tag during an in-store purchase. Make sure to always scan your key tag during checkout or let a Cloverkey cashier know you're a rewards member.

Please note that reward points will not be added retroactively for previous purchases. You must scan your key tag or provide your account information during checkout to earn points.

Visit a Cloverkey gift shop and let an associate know that you lost your key tag.  The associate can look up your account by mobile number and assign a new key tag to you.
