Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund with a valid receipt. All refunds will be issued to your original form of payment with the exception of Payroll Deduction transactions, which will receive a store credit.
After 30 days, defective items may be exchanged or returned for store credit. Non-defective items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange after 30 days.
- A valid photo ID may be required for any return or exchange.
- Items that are opened or damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges may be denied if a valid receipt is not provided.
Loyalty Members Benefit:
- Loyalty members enjoy the benefit of returning items without a receipt if their loyalty card was scanned during checkout. All other Return Policy requirements apply.
Return Policy Exceptions:
- Flower arrangements must be returned within two (2) days of purchase.
- Electronic chargers, speakers, and earphones cannot be returned unless defective.
- Pierced earrings and plush animals may not be returned unless defective.
- Gift cards and phone cards cannot be returned or exchanged, except as required by law.
- Inflated balloons may not be returned unless defective.
- Due to health and safety concerns, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened:
- Food and drinks
- Healthcare items
- Home health items
- Personal care products
- Special order items cannot be returned.
- Sale or clearance items may only be exchanged for a similar item or returned for store credit.
- Returns lacking proof of purchase may be limited or denied.
