Cloverkey Announces New CommonSpirit Health Gift Shop Contracts

New Gift Shops Coming to CHI St. Joseph Health and CHI Memorial

Carrollton, TX – Cloverkey, an industry leader in hospital gift shop management, announces the execution of two new gift shop contracts with CommonSpirit Health hospitals: St. Joseph Health in Bryan, Texas and CHI Memorial in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

“We are so excited to be adding two new locations to the Cloverkey fleet,” Justin Cohen, Cloverkey President, said. He continued, “And this is doubly important as it marks the beginning of what we intend will be a long and successful partnership with CommonSpirit Health.”

Based in Chicago, CommonSpirit Health is a national healthcare organization with 140 hospitals and more than 1,000 care sites across 21 states. “CommonSpirit is a mission-driven organization, and we know how important our service to that mission is,” Gwynne Gillette, Chief Marketing Officer of Cloverkey said. “It has always been OUR mission at Cloverkey to operate as faithful hospital partners and to mirror the values of every hospital we serve. We very much look forward to showcasing that commitment in these two new locations.”

Kim Schuler, Cloverkey Chief Revenue Officer, said “We’re looking forward to opening the CHI St. Joseph gift shop this month and bringing the CHI Memorial gift shop on board in April. Both locations have been without a gift shop after their former operator left so we know there is extra enthusiasm on campus as we prepare for the new shops to open.”

Part of Cloverkey’s service includes going to the hospital community directly with surveys to solicit ideas from the campus population about what is most important to them in a gift shop so this can be crafted into the final store set-up. “It is important to us to make sure hospital employees feel heard as we put a new gift shop together because they are such an important constituent,” Ms. Schuler said. The CHI St. Joseph gift shop will bring the number of Texas shops Cloverkey operates to eight while CHI Memorial represents the company’s first Tennessee location.
