The Boston Children’s Hospital gift shop falls under the responsibility of the Patient Experience team and will be a part of the full continuum of patient and family support. As such, the gift shop will ultimately support the entire Boston Children’s network with offsite sales through pop-up kiosks on remote campuses and a robust online shopping option with in-room patient delivery on campus in addition to its physical location in the main hospital.

Based on these survey results, Boston Children’s logo merchandise will figure prominently in the assortment as will expanded convenience and personal care departments. “And, of course, gifts appealing to children of all ages – infant to teenager – have been a focus of our buying team,” said Lori Cohen, Sr. Vice President, Purchasing. “We will be featuring hundreds of new items brought in specifically to support the Boston Children’s gift shop.”
